Jason Amsel and Konstantin Klitenikfrom from Cornell University came up with this hard drive clock version (2nd on page), they added a nice touch screen that can be used to set the time. Ian Smith developed a very stable and finished hard drive clock design which looks like a piece of art! The hard drive clock that Waldeck Schutzer from the Federal University of São Carlos built uses 12 LEDs which make it nice for a very clear position indication.
